In the field of mechanical processing industry, precision CNC machining is actually index-controlled machining. After programming the drawings to be processed into the program, the computer is then connected to the CNC machine tool, and the CNC machine tool is commanded through programming to complete the processing of precision parts. Precision CNC machining is mainly suitable for processing small batches and large batches of various types of spare parts. The precision of CNC machined parts is very high, so it serves the processing of precision parts in different industries.
For CNC processing plants, first of all, before processing CNC parts, they must clearly understand the process flow content, clearly know the parts, shapes, and drawings of the workpiece to be processed, and know the processing content of the subsequent processes.
Before processing raw materials and clamping them, you should first measure whether the size of the blank meets the requirements of the drawing, and you must carefully check whether its placement is consistent with the programming instructions. After the rough machining of the machining process is completed, self-inspection should be carried out in time so that any erroneous data can be adjusted in a timely manner. The self-inspection content mainly includes the position and size of the processing parts.
1. Are there any looseness in the mechanical parts during processing;
2. Whether the parts processing technology is correct and the starting point of counting is reached;
3. Whether the dimensions from the processed part of the CNC part to the datum edge (datum point) meet the requirements of the drawing;
4. The position and size of CNC processing parts relative to each other. After checking the position size, measure the roughed shape ruler (except for arcs).
The parts are finished after being confirmed by rough machining. Before finishing, perform self-inspection on the shape and size of the parts on the drawing: check the basic length and width of the processing parts on the vertical surface; measure the base point size marked on the drawing on the processing parts on the inclined surface. After completing the self-inspection of the parts and confirming that they comply with the drawings and process requirements, the workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection. When encountering precision CNC parts processing and small batch processing, the first part must be confirmed to be qualified before batch processing.
